Jeremiah (“Jerry”) D. Clark is an associate at Land Air Water Legal Solutions LLC. Jerry assists clients at all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation through to the resolution of the matter. Before becoming an attorney, Jerry taught high school history in Philadelphia for five years.
Prior to joining Land Air Water, Jerry worked as an associate at a regional law firm focused on insurance defense where he represented carriers, businesses, and individuals faced with casualty claims. In that position, Jerry achieved defense verdicts for clients before the arbitration panels of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and in Municipal Court. Jerry also has extensive practice drafting motions, including those pertinent to initial pleadings, discovery, summary judgment, and trial. He has taken and defended dozens of depositions.
Jerry is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Jerry earned his B.A. in History at the University of Pittsburgh, his M.S. in Secondary Education from Saint Joseph’s University, and his law degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, Jerry worked as a teaching assistant and as an editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal for two years, and had his work published that journal’s thirty seventh volume. He also served as an intern attorney with the Supervision to Aid Reentry (STAR) Clinic, a program run by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In that role, he represented individuals recently returned from incarceration in traffic and landlord-tenant matters. He also interned in the chambers of the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the summer between his first and second year of law school.
