Remediation
Our lawyers work closely and cooperatively with our clients’ environmental consultants and, in New Jersey, Licensed Site Remediation Professionals, to investigate and remediate sites with various environmental issues, including soil, groundwater, surface water, and air contamination. We guide our clients through site investigations, public notice requirements, remediation agreements, mitigation, restoration and natural resource damage assessments of land and water, and post-remediation monitoring. Our lawyers do not lose focus of the practical needs of our clients’ businesses. Our experience in this area includes investigations and remediations under every major federal program (CERCLA, EPCRA, RCRA, TSCA, and CWA) and Pennsylvania and New Jersey counterparts.
